Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Aceverse, we strive to ensure our students have a rewarding learning experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any course or workshop.
1. Course Enrollment Fees
Once a student enrolls in a course and the payment is completed, the fee is generally non-refundable. As our batches have limited seats, every enrollment impacts batch planning and resource allocation.
2. Refund Request Policy
Students who wish to request a refund must inform the Institute within 24 hours of making the payment. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.
The refund amount, if applicable, will be decided solely by the Aceverse management team based on the individual case and circumstances.
3. Demo Classes
Aceverse does not provide demo classes. Students are advised to review all course details carefully before making payment.
4. Batch Cancellation by Aceverse
In the rare event that Aceverse cancels a scheduled batch or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, students may be offered either:
- Transfer to the next available batch, or
- A refund as decided by the management.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will require a minimum of 10 working days for processing and will be credited through the original payment method used during enrollment.
